my theme park evaluation.

overall i found this project fairly hard. once i had all my information it was easy. i found the website the hardest because i forgot what to do and i didnt save everything in the right place. There for my pictures wouldn’t come up on the website. I enjoyed making the brochure it was quite fun , over all, I think if I gave myself more time and paced myself then I would of done a better job.

xtranormal was a pretty fun website to use. we were given afew topics to choose from out of bullying, school uniform.. and something else. i chose school uniform , and we had to make a movie , 2 minutes in length and show it to the class.

i found it pretty fun and interesting. it was good how you could add different sound effects, camera angles, expressions, looks, pauses and points. this made the movie more interesting and real i guess. (you could also change the characters and scenes)

there were afew things i didnt like about the website.

one of them is that it took ages to load! and preview. and some of the characters we a certain ammound of points.. (for eg. 12xp) and if you didnt have any points you wernt allowed to publish your movie, but you could still use them if you were just previewing it.

Web 2.0 tool presentation.

for this presentation we had to choose a website from go2web20.net and give an oral presentation on it. we were in groups of 3 or 4 and made our own wiki thing on wikispaces.com. this is where we added all our information.

i chose to do unhearit.com

this website is a site for people who have a song stuck in there head and cant get it out.

i talked about what the website was.

how it works and how it helps people colaborate and produce multimedia.

overall.. i wouldnt suggest this website. i think it is a bit silly, because all it does is make you forget your old song, by replacing it with another one from this website.

and plus.. some of the songs were boring. and they wernt really catchy or interesting.

if i had more time looking through other websites then i probably would of done something else.

but anyways.. if your bored.. hop onto this website.. for some fun i guess :) haha.

1- facebook!
why? because its an awesome website. and its the only place your allowed to talk to a wall.
oh and you find lots and lots of goss on fb that you did know!

2- You tube!
why? because it puts me in a great mood when im feeling down or just want a laugh.
and also because you can find like literally anything on there !
(annoying orange :D )

3- tumblr!
why? because its a great place to upload any photos you've edited or taken and to share them with many other people who follow you. you can also recieve feedback :) which is good.
and i also like my photography, so its good fun too look at what other people are intersted in as far as photos and fashion.

why? because its sooooo old!
it used to be cool but now its not.. i dont know why but it is :D oh and fb owns it anyday.

why? i actually dont know. i just searched it up then. and it came up with like 100 pop up thingies.

What is a jpeg image and how are they used?

JPEG is a commonly used method of 'lossy compression' for photographic images. the degree of compression can be adjusted which allows a selectable trade off between storage size and image quality.

jpeg is used in a number of image files. it is the most common image format that stores and transmitts photographic images on the web.
